As part of our on-going compliance and employee relations initiatives, we are pleased to share our employee hotline service. The service will be provided through Employment Practices Solutions (EPS). The hotline is intended to be a resource for individuals to report violations of company policy including illegal activities or to express concern regarding general employment practices. The hotline phone number is 800-837-6855.
An EPS representative answers the phone line from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. CST. Calls placed after business hours will be answered by an automated system that asks for your name, number, and the best time for you to be contacted. The system will notify EPS personnel, and your call will be returned as soon as appropriate. EPS personnel will take your information and work with the appropriate company officials within your organization to address your concerns. All calls will be handled as confidentially as possible, but problems that need to be corrected will require some disclosure to the appropriate company officials. You may call anonymously, but EPS will need specific information about your employer and the situation in order to take effective action.
